Tato f\u00e1ze je norm\u00e1ln\u00ed pro v\u011bt\u0161inu d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech se onemocn\u011bn\u00ed ale nevy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed, a nast\u00e1v\u00e1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.f\u00e1ze (40-60 dn\u00ed)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1sledkem ZAHU\u0160T\u011aN\u00cd HLEN\u016e nastupuje zvukov\u00fd projev, kter\u00fd je pro \u010dern\u00fd ka\u0161el TYPICK\u00dd. <br> Z\u00e1chvaty ka\u0161le b\u00fdvaj\u00ed prost\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ny pom\u011brn\u011b dlouh\u00fdm obdob\u00edm klidu. Z\u00e1chvat za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 jak\u00fdmsi zahv\u00edzd\u00e1n\u00edm, pak n\u00e1sleduje \u00faporn\u00fd a nekone\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1chvat, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m se d\u00edt\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nem\u016f\u017ee nadechnout, z\u010derven\u00e1 v obli\u010deji, m\u016f\u017ee se potit, m\u016f\u017ee se i pozvracet, a z\u00e1chvat kon\u010d\u00ed jak\u00fdmsi vzlykem, kdy se d\u00edt\u011b op\u011bt nadechne a pak zase m\u016f\u017ee d\u00fdchat. Poslechnout si ho m\u016f\u017eete <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kliczdravi.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Zvuk-cerneho-kasle.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">zde<\/a>.<br>Tato f\u00e1ze se tak\u00e9 naz\u00fdv\u00e1 f\u00e1z\u00ed hust\u00e9ho hlenu m\u016f\u017ee trvat zd\u00e1nliv\u011b nekone\u010dn\u011b dlouho (\u010d\u00edn\u0161t\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159i \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed \u010dern\u00e9mu ka\u0161li 100 denn\u00ed ka\u0161el), a hlen je tak hust\u00fd, \u017ee je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nemo\u017en\u00e9 ho vyka\u0161lat a proto zp\u016fsobuje z\u00e1chvaty ka\u0161le prov\u00e1zen\u00e9 typick\u00fdm c\u00fd\u0161e popsan\u00fdm zvukov\u00fdm projevem, s\u00edp\u00e1n\u00edm a chropt\u011bn\u00edm.<br>Jak u\u017e jsem uvedla, velmi \u010dasto v t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi posti\u017een\u00fd i zvrac\u00ed, a to bu\u010f b\u011bhem nebo po z\u00e1chvatu ka\u0161le, a celkov\u011b se chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu velmi sni\u017euje (v \u017ealudku maj\u00ed velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed spolykan\u00e9ho hutn\u00e9ho hlenu, kter\u00fd \u010dasto i zvrac\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>POZOR! Tato f\u00e1ze se, pokud se p\u0159idaj\u00ed komplikace, m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ehoupnout to komplikovan\u00e9ho \u010dern\u00e9ho ka\u0161le, kdy se jin\u00e1 bakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed infekce ne\u017e jsou bakterie, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuje \u010dern\u00fd ka\u0161el, namno\u017e\u00ed v plic\u00edch a d\u00edt\u011b dostane z\u00e1pal plic. Pak je t\u0159eba nasadit antibiotika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato komplikace je pom\u011brn\u011b vz\u00e1cn\u00e1, a nast\u00e1v\u00e1 a\u017e kdy\u017e u\u017e je d\u00edt\u011b dlouhodob\u011b vy\u010derpan\u00e9 z opakovan\u00fdch z\u00e1chvat\u016f ka\u0161le, a onemocn\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1palem plic je mnohem \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed u kojenc\u016f mlad\u0161\u00edch \u0161esti m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, pro kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u010dern\u00fd ka\u0161el opravdu \u017eivot ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u011bti v\u011bt\u0161inou tyto komplikace nem\u00edvaj\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na pokud se u\u017e v prvn\u00ed f\u00e1zi nasad\u00ed bylinky, a dietetick\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 na\u0159ed\u00ed hleny a pomohou jejich vylu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed z organizmu. Pak velmi z\u0159\u00eddkakdy dojde ke druh\u00e9 f\u00e1zi a je\u0161t\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasto pak k jak\u00fdmkoli komplikac\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.f\u00e1ze (20-30 dn\u00ed)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je f\u00e1z\u00ed rekonvalescence a \u00fazdravy, kdy se nemoc jakoby zlom\u00ed, a d\u00edt\u011b je najednou den ode dne siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, u\u017e je vid\u011bt, \u017ee se uzdravuje, dostane v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu a celkov\u011b den ode dne posiluje a z\u00e1vchvaty ka\u0161le a vyka\u0161lan\u00e9 mon\u017estv\u00ed hlenu je \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l men\u0161\u00ed. St\u00e1le je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zachovat striktn\u011b stravu, kter\u00e1 nevytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed hleny, ale je dobr\u00e9 za\u0159adit do j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku v\u00fdvary a pol\u00e9vky, kter\u00e9 rychle dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed t\u011blu \u017eivotn\u00ed energii (qi) a pom\u00e1haj\u00ed procesu rekonvalescence<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po skon\u010den\u00ed \u010dern\u00e9ho ka\u0161le jsou v\u011bt\u0161inou d\u011bti mnohem zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e d\u0159\u00edve, b\u00fdvaj\u00ed mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b zahlen\u011bn\u00e9 a celkov\u011b by se dalo \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee v jejich celkov\u00e9m zdrav\u00ed nastane obrat k lep\u0161\u00edmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak tedy postupovat, kdyz p\u0159ijde ka\u0161el:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00edt\u011b by m\u011blo b\u00fdt v teple, dost\u00e1vat lehk\u00e9 zeleninov\u00e9 pol\u00e9vky, skv\u011bl\u00e1 na jak\u00e1koli respira\u010dn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed je cibulov\u00e1 pol\u00e9vka s tymi\u00e1nem (5 cibul\u00ed nakr\u00e1jet nadrobno, osmahnout na m\u00e1sle \u010di kvalitn\u00edm oleji, p\u0159idat vodu, a hrst tymi\u00e1nu (4-5 pl t\u00e9to byliny), osolit, pova\u0159it. Je\u0161t\u011b hork\u00e9 sn\u00edst. Hleny se velmi dob\u0159e budou uvol\u0148ovat, z\u00e1rove\u0148 ka\u0161el nebude tak dr\u00e1\u017ed\u00edv\u00fd. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je ale zachytit a diagnostikovat onemocn\u011bn\u00ed v prvn\u00ed f\u00e1zi (ide\u00e1ln\u011b kultivac\u00ed ze sputa), v moment\u011b, kdy se Bordetella u\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 namno\u017e\u00ed, nebudou antibiotika na pr\u016fb\u011bh onemocn\u011bn\u00ed m\u00edt ji\u017e tak velk\u00fd vliv a onemocn\u011bn\u00ed bude i p\u0159es pod\u00e1n\u00ed antibiotik vlekl\u00e9, ale podle n\u011bkter\u00fdch studi\u00ed \u00fadajn\u011b antibiotika sni\u017euj\u00ed naka\u017elivost t\u00edmto onemocn\u011bn\u00edm, a \u010dasto se pod\u00e1vaj\u00ed preventivn\u011b i \u010dlen\u016fm dom\u00e1cnosti, ve kter\u00e9 se \u010dlov\u011bk s potvrzenou infekc\u00ed \u010dern\u00fdm ka\u0161lem nach\u00e1z\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doporu\u010duji tedy s ka\u0161lem zaj\u00edt k l\u00e9ka\u0159i, kter\u00fd \u010dasto doporu\u010d\u00ed i bylinn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravky, a jak uz jsem psala, jejich\u017e v\u010dasn\u00e9 nasazen\u00ed (vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee v 1.f\u00e1zi se \u010dern\u00fd ka\u0161el \u010dasto neli\u0161\u00ed od b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho ka\u0161le) je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro dal\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011bh nemoci.
