{"id":596,"date":"2021-11-10T11:48:34","date_gmt":"2021-11-10T10:48:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kliczdravi.eu\/?p=596"},"modified":"2021-11-10T12:11:36","modified_gmt":"2021-11-10T11:11:36","slug":"diabetes-co-s-tim","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kliczdravi.eu\/?p=596","title":{"rendered":"Diabetes &#8211; co s t\u00edm?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Diabetes mellitus, cukrovka a \u00faplavice cukrov\u00e1 jsou synonyma dnes b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho a st\u00e1le v\u00edce se roz\u0161i\u0159uj\u00edc\u00edho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou diabetu je nedostatek hormonu slinivky b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed \u2013 inzul\u00ednu anebo hormon s n\u00edzkou \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed. N\u00e1sledkem poruchy doch\u00e1z\u00ed k nedostate\u010dn\u00e9mu vyu\u017eit\u00ed gluk\u00f3zy v t\u011ble. Bu\u0148ky tak nedost\u00e1vaj\u00ed hlavn\u00ed energetick\u00fd materi\u00e1l a trp\u00ed nedostatkem energie. Nevyu\u017eit\u00e1 gluk\u00f3za se hromad\u00ed v krvi (hyperglyk\u00e9mie) a n\u00e1sledn\u011b pronik\u00e1 i do mo\u010de (glykosurie). V mo\u010di s sebou gluk\u00f3za strh\u00e1v\u00e1 vodu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zvy\u0161uje diur\u00e9za. Nedostatek insulinu v\u00e1\u017en\u011b zasahuje i do metabolismu tuk\u016f a b\u00edlkovin. Tyto zm\u011bny jsou ale zpo\u010d\u00e1tku p\u0159ekryty v\u00fdrazn\u00fdmi pot\u00ed\u017eemi ze strany zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed cukr\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diabetes se d\u011bl\u00ed na dva typy. T\u00edm prvn\u00edm je insulin dependentn\u00ed diabetes, kter\u00fd se nej\u010dast\u011bji objevuje u\u017e v d\u011btsk\u00e9m v\u011bku a jednou z mo\u017en\u00fdch hypot\u00e9z jeho vzniku je alergie na kravsk\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko. Sledov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011btsk\u00fdch diabetik\u016f ve Finsku zjistilo u 92 % pacient\u016f zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladiny protil\u00e1tek proti b\u00edlkovin\u011b kravsk\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka B-laktoglobulinu, zat\u00edmco u nediabetick\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed kontroln\u00ed skupiny to byly pouze 3 %. Tyto protil\u00e1tky mohou v\u00e9st ke vzniku reakce, kdy imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m napad\u00e1 sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed organismus, zde konkr\u00e9tn\u011b B-bu\u0148ky Langerhansov\u00fdch ostr\u016fvk\u016f pankreatu, ve kter\u00fdch se u zdrav\u00fdch jedinc\u016f vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed hormon inzul\u00edn.<strong> Tuto hypot\u00e9zu potvrzuje i statisticky v\u00fdznamn\u011b krat\u0161\u00ed doba kojen\u00ed u mlad\u00fdch diabetik\u016f a prudk\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst tohoto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed ve Skandin\u00e1vii sou\u010dasn\u011b s rozvojem um\u011bl\u00e9 kojeneck\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy. <\/strong>Dal\u0161\u00edm mo\u017en\u00fdm nebezpe\u010d\u00edm je i p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e1 b\u00edlkovina gliadin (konkr\u00e9tn\u011b pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pe\u010diva d\u011btem do jednoho roku), kter\u00e1 p\u0159i pokusech na mlad\u00fdch potkanech tak\u00e9 po\u0161kozovala B-bu\u0148ky pankreatu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diabetes II. typu je na inzul\u00ednu nez\u00e1visl\u00fd (insulin non dependentn\u00ed) a nej\u010dast\u011bji si jej \u010dlov\u011bk vyp\u011bstuje nevhodn\u00fdm \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem s nedostatkem pohybu a nadbytkem stravy. Jeho v\u00fdskyt stoup\u00e1 s p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edm v\u011bkem a nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm terapeutick\u00fdm z\u00e1sahem je zm\u011bna stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Komplikace diabetu se d\u011bl\u00ed na akutn\u00ed (nap\u0159. diabetick\u00e9 koma) a chronick\u00e9, tj. po\u0161kozen\u00ed c\u00e9v ledvin a o\u010d\u00ed, urychlen\u00ed ateroskler\u00f3zy, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 n\u00e1chylnost k infekc\u00edm, po\u0161kozen\u00ed drobn\u00fdch c\u00e9v s n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm nebezpe\u010d\u00edm vzniku gangr\u00e9ny okrajov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed doln\u00edch kon\u010detin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ebers_Papyrus\">Ebersk\u00e9m papyru<\/a> z roku 1550 p.n.l. (v\u00edce ne\u017e 3000 let zp\u00e1tky!!!) se doporu\u010dovala terapie cukrovky obilninovou dietou s vysok\u00fdm obsahem vl\u00e1kniny. Posledn\u00ed v\u00fdzkumy sou\u010dasnosti \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed tot\u00e9\u017e, i kdy\u017e jim p\u0159edch\u00e1zely nevhodn\u00e9 diety zalo\u017een\u00e9 na strav\u011b s vysok\u00fdm obsahem \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch b\u00edlkovin a tuk\u016f a na um\u011bl\u00fdch sladidlech. Dnes je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee nadbytek tuk\u016f se pod\u00edl\u00ed na po\u0161kozen\u00ed c\u00e9v, tedy jedn\u00e9 z nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch komplikac\u00ed diabetu, a nadm\u011brn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem b\u00edlkovin podporuje vznik diabetick\u00e9 nefropatie. Um\u011bl\u00e1 sladidla pom\u00e1haj\u00ed v n\u00e1vyku na nep\u0159irozen\u011b sladkou chu\u0165, jsou to l\u00e9ky postupn\u011b vylu\u010dovan\u00e9 pro ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed vedlej\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky (nap\u0159. aspartam) a ani nepom\u00e1haj\u00edc\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it nadv\u00e1hu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A co speci\u00e1ln\u00ed DIA potraviny? U\u017e v roce 1991 vydala Evropsk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost pro v\u00fdzkum diabetu dokument, v n\u011bm\u017e shrnula n\u00e1zory odborn\u00edk\u016f, \u017ee neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd v\u011bdeck\u00fd d\u016fkaz pro to, aby se pro diabetiky vyr\u00e1b\u011bly zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed potraviny. Naopak mnoh\u00e9 inzerovan\u00e9 jako diabetick\u00e9 mohou nemocn\u00fdm u\u0161kodit. \u010casto obsahuj\u00ed velk\u00e1 mno\u017estv\u00ed nasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin a um\u011bl\u00fdch sladidel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejlep\u0161\u00ed prevenc\u00ed d\u011btsk\u00e9ho diabetu je kojen\u00ed, tedy minim\u00e1ln\u011b do 6, a nejl\u00e9pe a\u017e do 9. m\u011bs\u00edce d\u00edt\u011bti nepod\u00e1vat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd z \u010dast\u00fdch potravinov\u00fdch alergen\u016f. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b je do t\u00e9to doby nevhodn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem kravsk\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka (v\u010detn\u011b um\u011bl\u00fdch v\u00fd\u017eiv p\u0159ipraven\u00fdch z n\u011bj), obilovin s lepkem, s\u00f3ji a vajec. V dosp\u011blosti je pak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 st\u0159\u00eddm\u00e1 strava s pravideln\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjmem lu\u0161t\u011bnin, ryb, o\u0159ech\u016f a vl\u00e1kniny. Strava s vysok\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm polysacharid\u016f a vl\u00e1kniny sni\u017euje mno\u017estv\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho inzul\u00ednu a sou\u010dasn\u011b i p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b redukuje obsah tuk\u016f v krvi. Vl\u00e1knina zabra\u0148uje prudk\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m hodnot glyk\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieta pro diabetiky je podobn\u00e1 diet\u011b ochra\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159ed nemocemi srdce. To znamen\u00e1 minimum \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch tuk\u016f, kter\u00e9 v nadbytku vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed inzul\u00ednovou rezistenci a po\u0161kozuj\u00ed c\u00e9vy. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed potravinou pro diabetiky jsou lu\u0161t\u011bniny, jen\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed k nejbohat\u0161\u00edm zdroj\u016fm rozpustn\u00e9 vl\u00e1kniny. Ve strav\u011b by denn\u011b m\u011blo b\u00fdt obsa\u017eeno nejm\u00e9n\u011b 25% vl\u00e1kniny. P\u0159i jej\u00edm pravideln\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edjmu doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed hladiny krevn\u00edho cukru, cholesterolu i triglycerid\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku se zam\u011b\u0159te i na pravideln\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsun chr\u00f3mu. Tento prvek zlep\u0161uje gluk\u00f3zovou toleranci a sni\u017euje mno\u017estv\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho inzul\u00ednu.
