P\u0159i \u017eivotn\u00edch jubile\u00edch, oslav\u00e1ch sv\u00e1tku, p\u0159i v\u0161ech velk\u00fdch sv\u00e1tc\u00edch spojen\u00fdch s na\u0161\u00ed histori\u00ed, p\u0159ejeme druh\u00fdm i sob\u011b navz\u00e1jem \u201ehlavn\u011b hodn\u011b zdrav\u00ed\u201c nebo \u201epevn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed\u201c, kdy\u017e si p\u0159ip\u00edj\u00edme a \u0165uk\u00e1me sklenkami, oz\u00fdv\u00e1 se \u201ena zdrav\u00ed\u201c. Ale co to vlastn\u011b je zdrav\u00ed\u201c? Tuto ot\u00e1zku si v (nejen) v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b klade jist\u011b v\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s. V minul\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku jsem se zamyslela nad t\u00edm, co posiluje a oslabuje na\u0161i imunitu. Dnes bych r\u00e1da napsala o tom, co d\u011blat, kdy\u017e toho zdrav\u00ed tolik nen\u00ed \u2013 v zimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed kdy v\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s ob\u010das \u201echyt\u00ed\u201c r\u00fdmu, ka\u0161el nebo t\u0159eba ch\u0159ipku. Letos je situace komplikovan\u00e1 nejmenovan\u00fdm virem, kter\u00e9mu se dostalo a\u017e nezdrav\u00e9 publicity a jeho jm\u00e9no na n\u00e1s vyskakuje t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161ude a n\u00e1sledky \u201eboje\u201c proti n\u011bmu bohu\u017eel poci\u0165uj\u00ed v\u0161ichni, nejen ti, kte\u0159\u00ed t\u00edmto virem onemocn\u011bli, vl\u00e1dn\u00ed omezen\u00ed n\u00e1s prov\u00e1zej\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 na ka\u017ed\u00e9m kroku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"657\" height=\"439\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kliczdravi.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bezovy-kvet.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-553\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kliczdravi.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bezovy-kvet.jpg 657w, https:\/\/www.kliczdravi.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bezovy-kvet-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.kliczdravi.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bezovy-kvet-180x120.jpg 180w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 657px) 100vw, 657px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale jak se vlastn\u011b m\u00e1me zachovat, kdy\u017e na n\u00e1s n\u011bco \u201eleze\u201c, kdy\u017e c\u00edt\u00edme, \u017ee n\u00e1m u\u017e nen\u00ed dob\u0159e, ale je\u0161t\u011b n\u00e1m nen\u00ed zle. V lidov\u00e9m l\u00e9\u010ditelstv\u00ed i v tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 medic\u00edn\u011b je v zim\u011b v\u011bt\u0161ina v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed pova\u017eov\u00e1na za napaden\u00ed chladem, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b chladem a v\u011btrem. Zn\u00e1te to, podcen\u00edte trochu oble\u010den\u00ed, a zrovna se zm\u011bn\u00ed po\u010das\u00ed, zafouk\u00e1 v\u00edtr a vy se vrac\u00edte dom\u016f s t\u00edm, \u017ee V\u00e1s \u0161kr\u00e1be v krku nebo m\u00e1te zimnici, citlivou k\u016f\u017ei po cel\u00e9m t\u011ble, k\u00fdch\u00e1te, z nosu za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 t\u00e9ci. V t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech, ale i kdy\u017e se t\u0159eba vr\u00e1t\u00edte dom\u016f \u00fapln\u011b promrzl\u00ed, pom\u016f\u017ee, kdy\u017e doma budete m\u00edt jako prvn\u00ed pomoc \u010derstv\u00fd ko\u0159en z\u00e1zvoru nebo lipov\u00fd a bezov\u00fd kv\u011bt, na\u0165 tymi\u00e1nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e babi\u010dky p\u0159\u00edsahaly na bezov\u00fd kv\u011bt, posta\u010d\u00ed i samotn\u00fd, a dob\u0159e d\u011blaly. \u0158\u00edk\u00e1 se \u201ep\u0159ed kop\u0159ivou (he\u0159m\u00e1nkem) smekni, p\u0159ed bezem klekni\u201c nebo\u0165 m\u00e1 opravdu velmi siln\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010div\u00e9 schopnosti. Moje babi\u010dka mi v\u017edycky uva\u0159ila hork\u00fd bezov\u00fd \u010daj se l\u017ei\u010dkou medu a \u0161up se mnou pod pe\u0159inu. \u0158\u00edk\u00e1vala, \u017ee bez m\u00e9mu t\u011blu pom\u016f\u017ee vyhnat zimu. Modern\u00ed studie tuto lidovou moudrost potvrzuj\u00ed. \u010cern\u00fd bez m\u00e1 velmi siln\u00e9 protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 a antivirov\u00e9 p\u016fsoben\u00ed. Kdy\u017e si do \u010daje hod\u00edte je\u0161t\u011b sn\u00edtku tymi\u00e1nu a lipov\u00fd kv\u011bt, zalijete ho va\u0159\u00edc\u00ed vodou, nech\u00e1te 15 minut vylouhovat pod pokli\u010dkou, pak ho vypijete a vlezete do postele, kde se po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b se zah\u0159ejete (t\u0159eba i s thermoforem pod pe\u0159inou) a ide\u00e1ln\u011b se i vypot\u00edte, a pokud b\u011bhem dne \u010di ve\u010dera vypijete 2-3 \u0161\u00e1lky tohoto hork\u00e9ho n\u00e1poje, a budete se po\u0159\u00e1d potit, r\u00e1no v\u00e1m bude mnohem l\u00e9pe. Je to tedy zp\u016fsob prvn\u00ed pomoci, kter\u00e1 je p\u0159\u00edmo na dosah ruky, a zaplatit za ni mus\u00edte jen \u010dasem, kter\u00fd str\u00e1v\u00edte p\u0159i sb\u011bru a su\u0161en\u00ed kv\u011bt\u016f. Sta\u0159\u00ed rodinn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159i doporu\u010dovali tuto terapii pro jak\u00e9koli onemocn\u011bn\u00ed z chladu, s t\u00edm, \u017ee kdy\u017e p\u0159\u00edznaky (k\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u00fdtok z nosu, poka\u0161l\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, hore\u010dka \u010di zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 teplota) nepolev\u00ed po jeho pravideln\u00e9m pit\u00ed do t\u0159\u00ed dn\u016f, pak je t\u0159eba nav\u0161t\u00edvit l\u00e9ka\u0159e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 medic\u00edn\u011b se pro boj s napaden\u00edm chladem a v\u011btrem doporu\u010duje hork\u00fd \u010daj z \u010derstv\u00e9ho z\u00e1zvorov\u00e9ho ko\u0159ene. Nutno je\u0161t\u011b upozornit, \u017ee su\u0161en\u00fd z\u00e1zvor nem\u00e1 stejn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky jako z\u00e1zvor \u010derstv\u00fd, a proto n\u00e1m proti nachlazen\u00ed \u010di ch\u0159ipce nepom\u016f\u017ee, zato pokud pot\u0159ebujeme zlep\u0161it za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed nebo zah\u0159\u00e1t organismus zevnit\u0159, t\u0159eba p\u0159ed pl\u00e1novanou proch\u00e1zkou v chladu, je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed si uva\u0159it \u010daj ze su\u0161en\u00e9ho z\u00e1zvoru a sko\u0159icov\u00e9 k\u016fry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale vra\u0165me se rad\u011bji k \u010derstv\u00e9mu z\u00e1zvoru a ch\u0159ipk\u00e1m. Tradi\u010dn\u00ed terapie sest\u00e1v\u00e1 z vypit\u00ed hork\u00e9ho (jak nejv\u00edc to jde) z\u00e1zvorov\u00e9ho \u010daje p\u0159ipraven\u00e9ho tak, \u017ee cca 1,5 cm nastrouhan\u00e9ho z\u00e1zvorov\u00e9ho ko\u0159ene zalijeme op\u011bt va\u0159\u00edc\u00ed vodou a nech\u00e1me 15 minut vylouhovat pod pokli\u010dkou, pak se nalo\u017eit do hork\u00e9 l\u00e1zn\u011b (do vany, hork\u00e9 sprchy), vyp\u00edt dal\u0161\u00ed \u0161\u00e1lek \u010daje, pot\u00e9 se osu\u0161it, vl\u00e9zt pod pe\u0159inu, vyp\u00edt dal\u0161\u00ed \u0161\u00e1lek hork\u00e9ho \u010daje (t\u0159eba s medem) a po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b se vypotit. \u010cerstv\u00fd z\u00e1zvor m\u00e1 podobn\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek jako bez, tymi\u00e1n a lipov\u00fd kv\u011bt. V\u0161echny tyto byliny p\u016fsob\u00ed velmi siln\u011b proti mno\u017een\u00ed vir\u016f a jejich aktivit\u011b, maj\u00ed protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek a zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed pocen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pocen\u00ed je toti\u017e geni\u00e1ln\u00ed mechanismus lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla, jak ze sebe rychle odstranit \u0161kodliviny a toxiny, a mezi ty \u0161kodliv\u00e9 viry a bakterie nepochybn\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dopl\u0148kov\u00e1 terapie k t\u00e9to \u201ech\u0159ipkov\u00e9 prvn\u00ed pomoci\u201c by m\u011bla sest\u00e1vat z pit\u00ed velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed \u010dist\u00e9 (ide\u00e1ln\u011b pramenit\u00e9, tedy chemicky neupravovan\u00e9) vody pokojov\u00e9 teploty, a rychl\u00e9mu uzdraven\u00ed velmi pom\u00e1h\u00e1 rozumn\u00fd p\u016fst. N\u011bkomu d\u011bl\u00e1 dob\u0159e nej\u00edst v\u016fbec, dobr\u00e9 je vylou\u010dit maso a j\u00edst pouze lehkou stravu, t\u0159eba \u010derstv\u00e9 ovoce a \u010derstv\u00e9 ovocn\u00e9 \u010di zeleninov\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy, kter\u00e9 dopl\u0148uj\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 vitam\u00edny, miner\u00e1ly a cukr, a dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed t\u011blu zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9, \u010dasto protivirov\u011b a protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u011b p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed enzymy, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 nezat\u011b\u017euj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00e1\u0161 organismus, tr\u00e1vic\u00ed a vylu\u010dovac\u00ed \u00fastroj\u00ed a tak t\u011blo m\u016f\u017ee v\u011bnovat v\u00edce energie na sebel\u00e9\u010den\u00ed a boj s napaden\u00edm. V t\u011bchto ran\u00fdch st\u00e1di\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed je dobr\u00e9 \u00fapln\u011b vynechat maso, uzeniny, s\u00fdry a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, proto\u017ee na jejich tr\u00e1ven\u00ed pot\u0159ebuje t\u011blo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho sil a nav\u00edc v\u011bt\u0161ina t\u011bchto potravin m\u016f\u017ee v organismu podpo\u0159it zahlen\u011bn\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na pokud se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v oslaben\u00e9m stavu.<br>Pot\u00e9, co hore\u010dka \u010di p\u0159\u00edznaky nachlazen\u00ed a ka\u0161el ustoup\u00ed, p\u0159ijde i chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu, pak naopak doporu\u010duji (po vzoru star\u00fdch l\u00e9\u010ditel\u016f ze v\u0161ech kontinent\u016f, i na\u0161ich babi\u010dek) uva\u0159it siln\u00fd v\u00fdvar, bu\u010f z hov\u011bz\u00edch kost\u00ed, nebo ze star\u00e9 slepice, ide\u00e1ln\u011b vynesen\u00e9 (ano, i ty m\u016f\u017eeme m\u00edt v mraz\u00e1ku pro \u201estr\u00fd\u010dka p\u0159\u00edhodu\u201c). Takov\u00fd v\u00fdvar va\u0159\u00edme s b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm ko\u0159en\u00edm (su\u0161en\u00fd z\u00e1zvor, bobkov\u00fd list, nov\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed a \u010dern\u00fd pep\u0159), p\u0159idat m\u016f\u017eeme ko\u0159enovou zeleninu a je t\u0159eba v\u00fdvar pomalu \u201et\u00e1hnout\u201c na velmi m\u00edrn\u00e9m plameni t\u0159eba 24 hodin. Tak se z masa dostanou v\u0161echny d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 miner\u00e1ly a zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 l\u00e1tky do tekut\u00e9ho stavu a nemoc\u00ed oslaben\u00fd organismus je m\u016f\u017ee snadno vst\u0159ebat, ani\u017e by pot\u0159eboval vynalo\u017eit mnoho sil a tak m\u016f\u017ee rychle doj\u00edt k obnoven\u00ed sil a dojde k rychlej\u0161\u00ed rekonvalescenci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed by pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s m\u011bla b\u00fdt ohleduplnost, tzn., \u017ee pokud se nec\u00edt\u00edme dob\u0159e, m\u00e1me zv\u00fd\u0161enou teplotu \u010di hore\u010dku, k\u00fdch\u00e1me, pak bychom nem\u011bli chodit mezi lidi, rad\u011bji o\u017eelet n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy, \u201eu\u0161l\u00fd zisk\u201c \u010di v\u00fdplatu v pr\u00e1ci a z\u016fstat t\u0159i dny v posteli. Kdy\u017e se i pak, po dodr\u017een\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00ed nebudeme c\u00edtit l\u00e9pe, hore\u010dka neklesne nebo se p\u0159\u00edznaky zhor\u0161uj\u00ed, pak je jist\u011b rozumn\u00e9 kontaktovat telefonicky sv\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159e a domluvit se na dal\u0161\u00edm postupu.
