Ve v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00edpadech otok\u016f je dobr\u00e9 <strong>omezit dlouhodob\u00e9 sezen\u00ed nebo le\u017een\u00ed,<\/strong> a z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale<strong> pravideln\u011b odpo\u010d\u00edvat<\/strong>, nejl\u00e9pe v le\u017ee na lev\u00e9m boku, nebo\u0165 tak nejl\u00e9pe napom\u016f\u017eeme perifern\u00edmu ob\u011bhu. Nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 omezovat solen\u00ed, ale je t\u0159eba se zamyslet, zda si d\u00e1te chipsy, solen\u00e9 o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky a uzeniny, jeliko\u017e ty \u010dasto obsahuj\u00ed vysok\u00e9 procento soli.<\/p>\n<p>Z pohledu TCM je pro<strong> nedostate\u010dnosti Yangu sleziny<\/strong> t\u0159eba se ujistit, \u017ee<strong> nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho syrov\u00e9 nebo chladiv\u00e9 potravy<\/strong> (tj. syrov\u00e9 zeleninov\u00e9 sal\u00e1ty, zmrzliny, ale tak\u00e9 t\u0159eba jogurty k sn\u00eddani), <strong>omezit pit\u00ed chladn\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f<\/strong> (v\u0161e p\u00edt sp\u00ed\u0161e v pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b \u010di je\u0161t\u011b lepe teplot\u011b lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla, v\u010detn\u011b vody) nebo\u0165 to je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce oslabuje Yang (\u010dili &#8222;oh\u00fdnek&#8220;) za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a slezina pak nem\u016f\u017ee spr\u00e1vn\u011b odv\u00e1d\u011bt vodu. Mezi nevhodn\u00e9 potraviny tedy pat\u0159\u00ed i <strong>mlad\u00fd je\u010dmen a chlorela<\/strong>, v\u011bt\u0161ina mo\u0159sk\u00fdch \u0159as apod. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je <strong>tepeln\u011b upravovat v\u011bt\u0161inu potravin<\/strong>, t\u0159eba krat\u0161\u00edm podu\u0161en\u00edm, tak hodn\u011b pom\u016f\u017eeme za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Potraviny, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed odv\u00e1d\u011bt vodu a odstra\u0148ovat otok jsou<strong> kuku\u0159ice, celer, listovy sal\u00e1t, poto\u010dnice, hroznov\u00e9 v\u00edno, mandarinky, mango, vodn\u00ed melouny, aduki fazolky, sardinky, \u010do\u010dka a hr\u00e1\u0161ek (nejl\u00e9pe napu\u010den\u00e9 a uva\u0159en\u00e9) a jasm\u00ednov\u00fd \u010daj<\/strong>. Velmi jednoduch\u00fd recept je tak\u00e9 \u010daj z je\u010dmene ci je\u010dn\u00fdch krup. Prost\u011b zalijete 30 g je\u010dmene jedn\u00edm litrem vody a va\u0159\u00edte na m\u00edrn\u00e9m ohni, dokud se voda nevypa\u0159\u00ed na polovic. P\u0159idejte p\u00e1r kapek citronu a pijte 3-4 \u0161\u00e1lky denn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Akupunktura m\u00e1 velmi dobr\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky p\u0159i odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed otoku,<strong> napichuje se 3-6 bod\u016f a v\u00fdsledek je v\u011bt\u0161inou v\u00fdrazn\u011b z\u0159eteln\u00fd ji\u017e po dvou dnech<\/strong> (rozum\u011bj o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed dva po sob\u011b n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed dny), velmi dob\u0159e se d\u00e1 <strong>upravit i vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed krevn\u00ed tlak a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b b\u00edlkoviny v mo\u010di<\/strong> (vzhledem k mo\u017en\u00fdm v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdm komplikac\u00edm je t\u0159eba tyto dva \u00fadaje zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i otoc\u00edch bedliv\u011b sledovat).
