Tud\u00ed\u017e v\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s m\u00e1 ji\u017e od ran\u00e9ho d\u011btstv\u00ed imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m pon\u011bkud oslaben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A tak se rad\u011bji zam\u011b\u0159\u00edm na to, co m\u016f\u017eeme d\u011blat pro n\u00e1\u0161 imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m te\u010f. A za t\u0159et\u00ed, co\u017e je t\u0159eba zohled\u0148ovat p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9m n\u00e1kupu, nejen potravin, je v\u011bt\u0161inou dopravov\u00e1no letecky a kamiony p\u0159es p\u016fl sv\u011bta, a tud\u00ed\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uje \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ke tvorb\u011b sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f a t\u00edm i glob\u00e1ln\u00edho oteplov\u00e1n\u00ed.<br>Na podzim bychom m\u011bli konzumovat hodn\u011b zrovna dozr\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho ovoce \u2013 \u0161vestky, hru\u0161ky a jablka, m\u016f\u017eeme si i n\u011bjak\u00e9 nasu\u0161it a zava\u0159it na zimu, a uskladnit ty odr\u016fdy, kter\u00e9 uskladn\u011bn\u00ed snesou, abychom m\u011bli \u010derstv\u00e9 ovoce po celou zimu. J\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek by m\u011bl sest\u00e1vat hlavn\u011b z pe\u010den\u00e9ho a dlouho va\u0159en\u00e9ho j\u00eddla, pe\u010den\u00e9 d\u00fdn\u011b, pe\u010den\u00e9 maso (ide\u00e1ln\u011b z dom\u00e1c\u00edho chovu), pe\u010denou ko\u0159enovou zeleninu, kapustu, brambory, j\u00edst dlouho ta\u017een\u00e9 v\u00fdvary a m\u016f\u017eeme si dovolit, aby bylo j\u00eddlo trochu tu\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. To proto, abychom organismus p\u0159ipravili na zimu, aby si mohl ud\u011blat z\u00e1soby tepla a tuku, a my abychom zimu p\u0159e\u010dkali ve zdrav\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se boj\u00edte o nadbyte\u010dn\u00e1 kila v\u011bzte, \u017ee na podzim a v zim\u011b se V\u00e1m budou kila t\u011b\u017eko shazovat, ale na ja\u0159e budou, p\u0159i spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, sk\u00e1kat rychle dol\u016f.
