Tyto zm\u011bny rovn\u011b\u017e mohou ovlivnit zdrav\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte, a to jak v negativn\u00edm, tak i v pozitivn\u00edm slova smyslu.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u010cty\u0159i a\u017e \u0161est m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Obdob\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00edho stresu pro za\u017e\u00edvac\u00ed trakt. Do tohoto v\u011bku u\u017e d\u00edt\u011b v\u011bt\u0161inou str\u00e1vilo sv\u00e9 energetick\u00e9 rezervy kter\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b mohlo m\u00edt z d\u011blohy a z\u00e1rove\u0148 jeho po\u017eadavky na energii se zvy\u0161uj\u00ed. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 se zvedat, ot\u00e1\u010det, objevovat sv\u011bt, m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasu te\u010f prosp\u00ed a na to pot\u0159ebuje velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed energie. Nav\u00edc v tomto obdob\u00ed ji\u017e za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed r\u016fst zuby, a v\u011bt\u0161inou tak\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b podstoup\u00ed prvn\u00ed o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed. Toto stresov\u00e9 obdob\u00ed se \u010dasto projev\u00ed jako tzv. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kliczdravi.eu\/?p=44\">akumula\u010dn\u00ed porucha<\/a>. D\u00edt\u011b m\u00e1 \u010derven\u00e9 kulat\u00e9 fleky na tv\u00e1\u0159\u00edch, je hork\u00e9, m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt sklon k hore\u010dk\u00e1ch, jeho b\u0159\u00ed\u0161ko je nafoukl\u00e9 jako buben a jeho stolice m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt bu\u010f velmi pevn\u00e1, a jen jednou za n\u011bkolik dn\u00ed, nebo naopak pr\u016fjmovit\u00e1, nap\u011bn\u011bn\u00e1 i do zelena a zap\u00e1chaj\u00edc\u00ed po jablk\u00e1ch. U siln\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed tato porucha brzy odezn\u00ed bez dal\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1sledk\u016f, snad jen s p\u00e1r dny nechutenstv\u00ed, u slab\u0161\u00edch jedinc\u016f v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee tato nerovnov\u00e1ha vy\u00fastit v z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my, jako nap\u0159. atopick\u00fd ekz\u00e9m, astma, chronick\u00fd pr\u016fjem nebo zvracen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Obdob\u00ed vzdoru (okolo 2.roku d\u00edt\u011bte)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mnoho batolat proch\u00e1z\u00ed kolem v\u011bku 2 let emocion\u00e1ln\u011b velmi vypjat\u00fdm obdob\u00edm. Za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed poci\u0165ovat separaci od matky a sv\u016fj individu\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdvoj, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed s u\u010den\u00edm mate\u0159sk\u00e9ho jazyka. U\u017e ch\u00e1pou, \u017ee \u0159e\u010d m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt n\u00e1strojem ke komunikaci sv\u00fdch pocit\u016f a n\u00e1pad\u016f, nicm\u00e9n\u011b vzhledem k omezen\u00e9mu slovn\u00edku se neum\u011bj\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b vyjad\u0159ovat. Nen\u00ed proto divu, \u017ee maj\u00ed d\u011bti v tomto v\u011bku sklon k zu\u0159ivosti a z\u00e1chvat\u016fm vzteku. Rovn\u011b\u017e ang\u00ednu spojujeme s vyjad\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm a tak\u00e9 potla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm vzteku, a je nasnad\u011b, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b v tomto v\u011bku se ang\u00edna poprv\u00e9 objevuje. V tomto obdob\u00ed si m\u016f\u017eeme vypomoci <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kliczdravi.eu\/?p=105\">Bachov\u00fdmi kv\u011btov\u00fdmi esencemi<\/a>, a to jmenovit\u011b t\u011bmito t\u0159emi: Cesm\u00edna ostrolist\u00e1, Vin\u00e1 r\u00e9va a Vla\u0161sk\u00fd o\u0159ech.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>6-7 let<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ve v\u011bku 5-10 let je mnoho d\u011bt\u00ed bez v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Dalo by se \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee jde o \u201enejzdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed\u201c obdob\u00ed. Hlavn\u00ed probl\u00e9my ran\u00e9ho v\u011bku, toti\u017e nedostate\u010dnost energie, d\u011btsk\u00e9 nemoci a obdob\u00ed rychl\u00e9ho r\u016fstu, a zat\u00edm je\u0161t\u011b \u017eij\u00ed v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b bezstarostn\u00fd \u017eivot nedot\u010den\u00fd probl\u00e9my, se kter\u00fdmi se budou muset vyrovn\u00e1vat v dosp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a dosp\u011bl\u00e9m v\u011bku. Ale ve v\u011bku 6-7 let se v d\u011btsk\u00e9m organismu d\u011bj\u00ed zm\u011bny, kter\u00e9 mohou nasti\u0148ovat probl\u00e9my v dosp\u011blosti. V tomto v\u011bku si d\u011bti mohou za\u010d\u00edt uv\u011bdomovat svoji osobnost, to \u017ee maj\u00ed sv\u00e9 n\u00e1zory, kter\u00e9 se ne v\u017edy musej\u00ed shodovat s n\u00e1zory jejich rodi\u010d\u016f a vychovatel\u016f. D\u011bti si tak\u00e9 poprv\u00e9 za\u010dnou pln\u011b uv\u011bdomovat sv\u00e9 emoce. P\u0159ed t\u00edmto obdob\u00edm jsou emoce jednotnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed d\u011btsk\u00e9 psychiky a d\u011bti je nijak neodd\u011bluj\u00ed. Najednou d\u011bti mohou zjistit, \u017ee maj\u00ed emoce odli\u0161n\u00e9 od \u201ej\u00e1\u201c, tedy nap\u0159. vztek, strach, pochybnosti, a tak\u00e9 zjist\u00ed, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 emoce jsou positivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jin\u00e9. D\u00edt\u011b si za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 uv\u011bdomovat, \u017ee emoce, kter\u00e9 v n\u011bm a v lidech kolem n\u011bho nevyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed lib\u00e9 pocity je dobr\u00e9 kontrolovat. Je to i tento v\u011bk, ve kter\u00e9m za\u010dnou d\u011bti m\u00edt sout\u011b\u017eiv\u00e9ho ducha. Mohou cht\u00edt zaz\u00e1\u0159it ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b nebo b\u00fdt hv\u011bzdou sportovn\u00edho t\u00fdmu. V tomto v\u011bku tedy u d\u011bt\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed prvn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed spojovan\u00e1 se stresem, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad bolesti hlavy, bolesti u\u0161\u00ed a tr\u00e1v\u00edc\u00ed obt\u00ed\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Puberta (10-14 let)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>V obdob\u00ed kolem 10.-14.roku v\u011bku vstupuje d\u00edt\u011b do puberty, ve kter\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 mnoho probl\u00e9m\u016f spojen\u00fdch s t\u00edmto obdob\u00edm. V Tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 medic\u00edn\u011b je toto obdob\u00ed naz\u00fdv\u00e1no p\u0159echodov\u00fdm a je vn\u00edm\u00e1no, jako vstupn\u00ed br\u00e1na ke zm\u011bn\u00e1m zdravotn\u00edho stavu \u2013 a\u0165 u\u017e k lep\u0161\u00edmu, nebo hor\u0161\u00edmu. Pokud nastane puberta v obdob\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00e9 hladiny stresu, d\u00edt\u011b m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edlov\u00fdmi skoky posko\u010dit k pevn\u00e9mu zdrav\u00ed a v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu zlep\u0161en\u00ed zdravotn\u00edho stavu. V tomto obdob\u00ed d\u011bti p\u0159est\u00e1vaj\u00ed m\u00edt atopick\u00fd ex\u00e9m, astma, alergie a jin\u00e9 podobn\u00e9 nemoci, se kter\u00fdmi se pot\u00fdkalo t\u0159eba od narozen\u00ed. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b, pokud puberta nastane v moment\u011b, kdy d\u00edt\u011b proch\u00e1z\u00ed obdob\u00edm velk\u00e9ho stresu, probl\u00e9my kter\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b u\u017e m\u00e1 se mohou zhor\u0161it \u010di upevnit a trvat je\u0161t\u011b mnoho let, v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech i cel\u00fd \u017eivot. Zejm\u00e9na pro d\u00edvky je v tomto obdob\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 odpo\u010d\u00edvat, nestresovat se \u0161koln\u00edmi \u00falohami, zejm\u00e9na pokud zrovna maj\u00ed menstruaci. Mo\u017en\u00e1 prome\u0161kaj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 u\u010divo, co\u017e bude ale bohat\u011b vyrovn\u00e1no t\u00edm, \u017ee se vyhnou mnohalet\u00fdm probl\u00e9m\u016fm s menstruac\u00ed a menstrua\u010dn\u00edm bolestem v budoucnosti.<\/p>\n<p>K tomuto t\u00e9matu bych je\u0161t\u011b r\u00e1da podotkla, \u017ee v \u017eivot\u011b \u017een je takov\u00fdchto vstupn\u00edch bran n\u011bkolik. Zrozen\u00ed, puberta, porod a menopauza.
