Nen\u00ed v\u017edy jednoduch\u00e9 se vyhnout nachlazen\u00ed \u010di jin\u00fdm obt\u00ed\u017e\u00edm, kter\u00e9 zap\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u00ed chlad, proto\u017ee po\u010das\u00ed se hodn\u011b st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1 a stejn\u011b jako na ja\u0159e nen\u00ed snadn\u00e9 se spr\u00e1vn\u011b obl\u00e9ci. Nav\u00edc b\u00fdv\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b p\u011bkn\u011b, bab\u00ed l\u00e9to h\u0159eje, ale zem u\u017e tepl\u00e1 nen\u00ed, p\u0159ipravuje se tak\u00e9 na zimu a uzav\u00edr\u00e1 se, bere si svou energii zp\u011bt, co\u017e m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159\u00edmo pozorovat na listnat\u00fdch stromech, jejich\u017e listy za\u010dnou ztr\u00e1cet zelenou barvu a najednou se cel\u00e1 krajina od\u011bje do nejn\u00e1dhern\u011bj\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1\u0159iv\u00fdch barev. Mlhy za\u010dnou halit kraj a vlhko prostupuje ka\u017ed\u00fd p\u00f3r na\u0161ich t\u011bl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co d\u011blat, abychom si udr\u017eeli zdrav\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b se je\u0161t\u011b pos\u00edlili p\u0159ed zimou?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zdrav\u00fd selsk\u00fd rozum vel\u00ed: jezte co nejv\u00edce ovoce a zeleninu, kter\u00e1 zrovna dozr\u00e1v\u00e1. Jezte d\u00fdn\u011b, cukety, mrkev, zel\u00ed, kapustu, p\u00f3rek, celer, obiloviny, je\u0161t\u011b st\u00e1le zraj\u00ed raj\u010data, dozr\u00e1vaj\u00ed jablka, hru\u0161ky, \u0161vestky, nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podzimn\u00ed drobn\u00e9 plody (je\u0159abiny, d\u0159\u00ednky, kdoule, plody hlohu, d\u0159i\u0161\u0165\u00e1lu, mahonu &#8211; ne, nejsou jedovat\u00e9) a na rozd\u00edl od hork\u00e9ho l\u00e9ta opracov\u00e1vejte pokrmy v\u00edce tepeln\u011b, pe\u010den\u00e1 j\u00eddla V\u00e1s zah\u0159ej\u00ed a dodaj\u00ed organismu pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 teplo k uskladn\u011bn\u00ed na zimu. Bab\u00ed l\u00e9to je v tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 medic\u00edn\u011b spojovan\u00e9 se slezinou, elementem zem\u011b, kter\u00e1 je v \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 fyziologii odpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za tr\u00e1ven\u00ed a p\u0159em\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed potravy na pot\u0159ebnou energii a krev. Slezina je alfa a omega v\u0161eho a jej\u00ed zdrav\u00ed a spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 funkce jsou velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Slezina pat\u0159\u00ed k elementu zem\u011b, jej\u00ed barva je \u017elut\u00e1, oran\u017eov\u00e1 a nejrad\u011bji m\u00e1 nasl\u00e1dl\u00e1, f\u00e1dn\u011b chutnaj\u00edc\u00ed j\u00eddla, podu\u0161en\u00e1 nebo pe\u010den\u00e1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slezinu si oslabujeme pokud po\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mastn\u00e9 pokrmy, \u010dili sma\u017een\u00e1 j\u00eddla, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pikantn\u00ed a chu\u0165ov\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 j\u00eddla, zmrzlinu a chlazen\u00e9 n\u00e1poje a tak\u00e9 pokud nejsme schopni zadr\u017eet svoje my\u0161lenky a bez ust\u00e1n\u00ed o n\u011b\u010dem p\u0159em\u00edt\u00e1me, prom\u00fd\u0161l\u00edme mo\u017enosti a dl\u00edme v minulosti \u010di budoucnosti. <br><br>Zdrav\u00ed sleziny je spojov\u00e1no se stavem na\u0161ich sval\u016f a c\u00e9v a ulo\u017een\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f. Pokud je slezina zdrav\u00e1, budou svaly pracovat tak, jak maj\u00ed, na\u0161e c\u00e9vy a \u017e\u00edly budou dob\u0159e rozv\u00e1d\u011bt krev po t\u011ble. Jej\u00ed oslaben\u00ed se projevuje jednak celkovou \u00fanavou, bolest\u00ed sval\u016f, nebo jejich t\u00edhou, otoky nohou, k\u0159e\u010dov\u00fdmi \u017eilami a hemeroidy, m\u016f\u017ee doch\u00e1zet i k prolapsu org\u00e1n\u016f (d\u011blohy, kone\u010dn\u00edku apod.), to\u010den\u00ed hlavy a z\u00e1vrat\u00edm. Chronick\u00fd \u00fanavov\u00fd syndrom a r\u016fzn\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed &#8222;nevysv\u011btliteln\u00e9&#8220; choroby pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu, poruchy krvetvorby, i tyto znaky ukazuj\u00ed na nerovnov\u00e1hu ve slezin\u011b. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slezina se vy\u010derp\u00e1v\u00e1 tak\u00e9 nadm\u011brnou fyzickou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed, nadm\u011brn\u00fdm mluven\u00edm, k\u0159ikem, p\u0159em\u00edrou ment\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010dinnosti, dlouh\u00fdm sezen\u00edm \u010di st\u00e1n\u00edm a nepravidelnou stravou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak si tedy pomoci aby se slezina pos\u00edlila? Uva\u0159te si d\u00fd\u0148ovou pol\u00e9vku, nebo brambora\u010dku s kroupami a houbami<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><\/span>, upe\u010dte si d\u00fdni s cibul\u00ed a ko\u0159enovou zeleninou, ope\u010dujte se dlouho ta\u017een\u00fdmi masov\u00fdmi v\u00fdvary, va\u0159te si ka\u0161e a kon\u017e\u00ed, za\u0159a\u010fte do j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku pohanku, poj\u00eddejte pyr\u00e9 a kompoty. Pravideln\u011b se proch\u00e1zejte, zp\u00edvejte si, tan\u010dete (t\u0159eba po kuchyni, kdy\u017e ukl\u00edz\u00edte), sedn\u011bte si a meditujte s pr\u00e1zdnou hlavou, zacvi\u010dte si nebo si jd\u011bte zab\u011bhat, prot\u00e1hn\u011bte sv\u00e9 t\u011blo a vy\u010dist\u011bte si hlavu.  Zacvi\u010dte si r\u00e1no a ve\u010der pozdrav slunci a prot\u00e1hn\u011bte si t\u011blo jako ko\u010dky.
