Na ja\u0159e p\u0159irozen\u011b j\u00edme\nm\u00e9n\u011b, nebo se dokonce i post\u00edme, abychom vy\u010distili t\u011blo od tuk\u016f\na t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho zimn\u00edho j\u00eddla. Strava by m\u011bla b\u00fdt lehk\u00e1, nejleh\u010d\u00ed\nz cel\u00e9ho roku, a obsahovat potraviny, kter\u00e9 zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed YANG,\nstoupaj\u00edc\u00ed a rozp\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed se kvality jara \u2013 mlad\u00e9 rostliny,\n\u010derstv\u00e9 zelen\u00e9 l\u00edstky, nakl\u00ed\u010den\u00e9 potraviny, obiln\u00e9 tr\u00e1vy\njako je mlad\u00e1 p\u0161enice, mlad\u00fd je\u010dmen apod.
